Design Team
Our team of engineers can design and manage a very wide range of plant and equipment ranging from small components to complete Quarry processing plants.
We are happy to visit any site to discuss your ideas, requirements or specifications. We can then produce proposal drawings and quotations, which include full design and workshop drawings, fabrication and installation.
The majority of our work will be measured up and then drawn prior to production, this helps with quality and accuracy and these drawings are kept on record so that if a replacement part is required it can be produced from the original drawings.
We can reproduce worn or corroded plant and machinery, produce design drawings for any modifications for improvement in function, reliability or process changes. We can assist with the production of test rigs and prototypes.
We are also happy to manage fabrications and projects detailed on customers arrangement or production drawings.
All our drawings are produced in Autocad 2009 for 2D and Autocad Inventor for 3D, we can open, print and modify from files supplied.
